What grade did you get on your fertility report card?


I recently posted some guidelines to your fertility report card -- have you given yourself a grade yet?

And more importantly -- what have you actually DONE about it?

You can tell a LOT about your fertility just by reflecting on the quality of your period. More than 35 day cycles? Less than 21 day cycles? Cycle length is your first stop to understanding what's going on with ovulation.

Some of you may already know what your period report card is telling you...

Knowing your grade is just step one. Taking action is step two -- and that's where most women get stuck.

"I'll change my diet once this busy season of work is over."
"I want to try this new supplement for another month before making any changes."
"My work schedule has me traveling all the time; I can never stay consistent."

Or, better yet:
"I don't have time to add anything to my plate"
**yet she has time to scroll on IG for 2 hours a day**

Sound familiar at all?

The truth though:

There's not a perfect time.

The best time to start is right now. (Or, if you have a time machine--start yesterday.)

As an ex-corporate gal who was out of town two weeks out of the month, I feel you, I was you. But once I decided that enough was enough, I was able to find the time that I needed.

Plus--our human brains love to make things seem more hefty than they really are.
